Utility Series Manual Tool Changer – Robot Side
The MTCAE-345-RS robot side makes changing end of arm tools/ end effectors effortless, fast and without tools.
The Utility Series provides dual-channel pneumatic pass through to control double acting cylinders and pneumatic grippers. Pass line pressure air for end effectors with venturi vacuum pumps that power vacuum grippers and provide part release. Pass 24 VDC signals and power for sensors and switches on your end effector back to the robot controller or tool port (robot model dependent) via the 8 pin M8 threaded male connector.
This robot side mounts to any robot with a tool flange having a 31.5, 40 and 50mm ISO 9409 pattern. Alignment with the robot is assured with the included center alignment disks and dowel pins. All mounting hardware is included. No adapter plates are required.
